Josh Duggan

Josh is a trainee youth worker and currently our youngest worker, born in 2007. He has several years of experience under his belt as a former user and volunteer of the project. He is football mad and always up for testing his boundaries, be it travel, heights, food…

Josh epitomises Patchwork’s participatory approach, learning with and alongside young people. As a lad from Pendower he understands the challenges of young people growing up in the area and seeks to improve both himself and others around him.

He has begun his L3 in youthwork alongside Thomas, whilst also studying Sports Science at Gateshead College. For now he is just racking up so many new experiences, and recognising both his learning and the opportunities for him at Patchwork. He’s a worker to watch out for in the future.
